As we begin the busy summer season, we have some exciting news to share! As of June 1st, Carolina Retreats has partnered with VTrips Holdings, a Florida-based vacation rental management company led by Steve Milo! Steve, Mike Harrington, and Stuart Pack go back over a decade where he was an early mentor of Mike when he was just getting started in the vacation rental management industry. They served on the board of VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association) together, and he has been instrumental in bringing innovative ideas to Carolina Retreats that have set us apart in performing for our owners and delighting our guests. When we were approached about a possible partnership with Carolina Retreats, we knew there was nobody better to affiliate with to solidify the future of our company, our staff, and our homeowners.
Carolina Retreats and Vtrips will be working together moving forward as one company in order to provide our guests with even more resources, knowledge, exposure, and support. Our Team will remain the same, but now with some additional top-tier colleagues in the vacation rental industry helping along the way. Carolina Retreats will be part of a collection of some of the most respected and recognized vacation rental management brands in the country, with sister companies throughout Florida, Tybee Island, Georgia, Deep Creek, Maryland, Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and Galveston, Texas, just to name a few! A true powerhouse collection and team!
This partnership will allow us to continue to focus on the most important things that we do, renting and taking care of our clients’ vacation rental homes, but now with added backing, resources, and team members to stay at the forefront of an ever-changing industry.
