Our Leadership
Danny Williams
Carolina Retreats General Manager, Sr Client Success Mgr
Danny Williams has over 20 years’ experience in Real Estate Investment, Sales, and Property Management. As General Manager for Carolina Retreats, Mr. Williams acts as a primary point of contact with all of Carolina Retreats Homeowner Clients, with a focus on Topsail Island. Additionally, he is responsible for monitoring and advising on the rental performance for each Client, and works hand in hand with our operations teams making sure they are meeting stated objectives.
Mr. Williams is a graduate of NC State University with a BA in English. He holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker license, and is a member of the Topsail Island and North Carolina Association REALTORS. He and his wife, Elizabeth, reside in Wilmington with their son Alston. In addition to being a professional vacation rental manager, Mr. and Mrs. Williams are also the proud owners of vacation rental property in Surf City.
Jennifer Lewis
Carolina Retreats Revenue Management, Information & Systems
Jennifer Lewis has been with Carolina Retreats since 2004 when the company was much smaller, based on the south end of Topsail Island, and known as Topsail Realty. There have been many changes over the years and Jennifer strives to meet the needs of the company with support in Revenue Management, Information and Policies, Software Systems and more. Jennifer Lewis attended Business College and UNCW in Wilmington with primary focus on Computer Technology and Business Management. Mrs. Lewis resides locally with her husband and sons, her dog, and her chickens and is the caregiver for her mother.
Kelli Taylor
Sr Client Success Manager - Pleasure Island
Kelli Taylor comes to Carolina Retreats with a diverse and well-rounded background in Vacation Rental Management and Real Estate Sales. She has over 10 years of experience directly managing, listing, and selling property on and around Pleasure Island, with her primary focus on Carolina and Kure Beach vacation home property. As the Sr. Property Manager for Carolina Retreat’s Pleasure Island office, Ms. Taylor acts as the main point of contact and oversees the day-to-day operations for all new and current Homeowner clients.
A true Carolina Beach local, Ms. Taylor holds a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers license, is a member of the Cape Fear and North Carolina Association of REALTORS, and is a proud graduate of UNC-Wilmington with a degree in Psychology and minor in Business.
