This single level home has no stairs and only minimal steps, a welcoming greatroom with living space providing gorgeous leather sofa seating, a fun bar height dining table with 2 additional bar seats at the kitchen counter, and an all new well stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, white shaker style cabinets and granite countertops! 3 lovely quiet bedrooms provided as well as 2 baths, one which has a tub and another which has a walk in shower. This is a wonderful choice of home for everyone seeking a relaxing vacation on our beautiful Oak Island!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Central heat & air, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Well stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, garbage disposal, granite countertops, kitchen bar area, and charming shaker style white cabinetry.
4 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps.
Wireless high speed internet access.
No outside rinse-off shower.
Driveway parking only for up to 3 cars. Garage is not available for tenant use.
Grilling is not permitted – strictly enforced.
Smoking is Not Allowed At All in the house or anywhere on the premises outside - strictly enforced
Up to 2 dogs with total max weight limit of 75 lbs allowed - $21.43/night reserved plus tax pet rent per dog. Please ensure you follow pet policies.
Partial Week Getaways:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 2 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.
