The spacious, open living area offers tons of natural light via the large windows that look out across the ocean. The living space features a sofa and loveseat, a Smart TV, and direct access to the top-floor balcony. The balcony offers great lounge seating, so guests can easily soak up the beach breeze. The dining area offers a great place to share a meal after a day of fun in the sun. The well-stocked kitchen features stainless appliances and an island, making vacation meal prep a breeze! Additionally, there is a shared half-bathroom.

In Bedroom 1, a king-sized bed invites you to get some much-needed rest and relaxation. There is also a Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combination. Bedroom 2 features a full/twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, a Smart TV, and also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combination. There is an additional living area off of Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 that features a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and access to the first-level oceanfront deck. Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combination.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
5 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps.
Queen sleeper sofa in open den area for extra accommodation.

No smoking allowed in house - this policy is strictly enforced. Waste must be disposed of properly at all times. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No grilling permitted at any time - strictly enforced. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Summer Winds HOA enforces a strict “on leash” policy for all common areas. Policies are strictly enforced.
