Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront executive home w/ wireless internet, new furnishings, dishware, cookware, and located in the Fort Fisher area of Kure Beach close to Fort Fisher Historic Site and The NC Aquarium. Enjoy life in the spacious living area while watching the large flat screen tv, the dining area with ocean views everywhere or the gourmet kitchen while preparing the family vacation feast. The covered deck features a dining table with seating and lounge chairs. First level has an outdoor shower enclosure with hot/cold water, alongside is the grilling area with gas grill and picnic table. Your small dog (20 pound limit) is welcome to join you on your beach vacation!

Grilling permitted; gas grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Up to 2 small dogs - No Pit Bulls, Chows or Rottweilers. Dogs less than 30 lbs each allowed with pet rent of $28.58 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.

Dogs are only allowed on the beach strand during the winter months.
No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Parking for maximum 3 cars. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON ANY GRASS AREA, SAND OR THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM.
This home does not provide Smart home Keyless Entry. Key pick up and return from our office is required.
Partial Week Getaways are not permitted, only Saturday to Saturday rentals.
