Drive over to the beach and be there in literally a minute or two - just a little over a mile away. Take a leisurely walk or bike ride via 31st St over the scenic maritime walkway to the beach less than a mile away. A public kayak launch only about 1/2 a mile from the home is provided at the beginning of 31st St by the scenic maritime walkway!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (twin top bunk is not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Property has Google brand smart door-bell camera and back yard outdoor camera mounted on house near roof.
Central heat and air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker.
Minimal steps at this home – great choice for mobility challenged.

Be at the beach in literally minutes via the public beach accesses with parking a little over a mile away. Area offers multiple scenic walkways as well as a public kayak launch.
No smoking allowed at any time on premises - strictly enforced. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Grilling allowed - charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations
No pets at all permitted at any time. Strictly enforced. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day are permitted with a 3 night minimum stay year-round.
