Living area offers large screen flat panel cable (digital service) HDTV, VCR, CD player. Wireless high speed internet access. Large screened porch with furniture overlooking sound, rocking chairs, picnic table. Soundfront beach area for swimming, fishing, and kayaking. No boat dock. 2 outside showers. Grilling allowed. No grill provided. No smoking allowed in house or outside. Up to 2 dogs allowed - $150/week plus tax pet rent per dog. Partial week getaways permitted - 3 night minimum stay required.
