The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Central heat & air, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Lower level offers additional living area and full kitchen with range/oven and fridge.
6 TV’s with access to cable.
Wireless high speed internet access
Open and covered deck areas with furniture and views!
Outside enclosed shower with hot water.
Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway only - garage is not available.
Grilling is permitted, grill NOT provided.
NO Smoking Allowed at any time on premises inside or outside the home. Stictly enforced.
No Tenant Pets Allowed – strictly enforced. Partial Week Getaways and Alternate Arrival and Departure Day Stays:
• During May - September and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted within 10 days of arrival only and must be within a Saturday to Saturday timeframe.
• During October - April excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
Home may be available for monthly rental from October - April. Inquire for details.
