This home's marsh front location welcomes you with the beautiful serene bayside estuaries views while the proximity to the beachfront at less than 400 feet, Atlantic Ocean views from the decks are expansive! Inside, a tropical beach-side vibe throughout lures you into relaxation!

Maximum Occupancy: 14.
Bed Sizes: King, Queen, Queen, Queen, 2 Sets of Twin Bunks, Queen Sleeper Sofa in living area.
The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Central heat and air, washer/dryer.
2 TVs - 1 Smart TV with access to streaming apps.
Wireless high speed internet access.
Books available for your reading pleasure!
Open and covered deck areas with furniture - streetside with ocean views; back of home with bayside estuaries views!
Outside shower with hot water.
Driveway and 1 car carport parking for up to 4 cars.
Smoking allowed outside - no smoking inside at any time. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Grilling allowed - stationary charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No tenant pets permitted at any time. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During November through May excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During June through October and holiday weeks of Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted within 10 days of arrival within a Saturday-Saturday weekly timeframe.
This home may also be available for Off season winter monthly rentals between October - April. Please submit a request for more information at the right to receive details.
