The top level open style great room provides comfortable seating for conversation or family movie night, ample dining accommodations and kitchen setup for your family meals, a half bath for convenience, an expansive ocean facing balcony with surrounding Atlantic Ocean views, not to mention a streetside balcony off the greatroom giving you gorgeous sound and estuary views!

For restful repose, a master bedroom is located on the top level with the greatroom with private en suite bath complete with a garden tub. A second master bedroom with private en suite bath is provided on the lower level. Two additional inviting bedrooms are provided on this level. All 4 bedrooms overlook the ocean and have slider access to the lower level deck!

The Village of Stump Sound offers community amenities for your family including 2 beach accesses, a community pool, tennis courts, and a soundside day dock without moorage.

Bed Sizes: King master, King master, Queen, 2 Twin over Full Bunkbeds.
The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Central heat and air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
1 cable TV in the living area (additional TVs will be added at a later date).
Wireless high speed internet access.
Ocean facing deck, ocean facing balcony with furniture, street side porch, and streetside balcony.
Community beach access north or south of the property.
Community pool (typically open Memorial Day to Labor Day) for house occupants.
Community soundside day dock without boat moorage.
Grilling is not allowed at any time. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Responsible smoking is permitted outside on the premises with proper disposal. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
No Tenant Pets Allowed. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.
