A Shore Thing is a 1st level condo with a view and an elevator!!! Oceanfront, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1st level condo in the elevator building at the sought-after Sea Colony community. Private, assigned parking for 2 vehicles! The master suite includes a queen bed, walk in closet, flat screen tv and private bath. Bedroom #2 houses two twin beds and is adjacent to the hall bathroom. The living area is on the oceanfront side of the condo and allows the sun to pour in through the triple slider! The ocean views are amazing!

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay at the beach. The dining room seats 6 and we have outside seating on the oceanfront balcony! The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a flat screen tv. Wi-Fi is included in your condo. The community features several charcoal grills for your use with one conveniently located in the grassy lawn area outside of your building. The swimming pool is steps away and is its own private oasis. The beach access for owners and guests only and makes for a more private beach strand experience.

Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet.
