No Pets At All. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No Smoking Permitted At All. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside or outside on the premises at any time. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

Partial Week Getaways and Alternate Arrival and Departure Stays: Permitted during the week after Labor Day to the week before Memorial Day with 2 night minimum stay, any arrival/departure day. During Memorial Day week to Labor Day week, only weekly stays Friday-Friday are permitted.
