Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer. 3 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps including larger TV in living area and 2 smaller TVs in 2 bedrooms. Partial Week Getaways: • During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day. • During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame. Q: When are dogs allowed to be on the beach?

That is an excellent question. Topsail Island is made up of 3 towns, Surf City being the largest and most central, North Topsail Beach at the north end, and Topsail Beach at the south end. Currently all 3 towns do permit dogs on the beach year-round.
Each town has differing specific ordinances though all towns have a requirement to have dogs on a leash when off your private property - the beaches of Topsail Island are public spaces so leash-laws are enforced! There are also "pooper scooper" ordinances and a requirement to display rabies vaccination tag and ID tag with owner contact info in all three towns on the island. These ordinances are enforced even though they may be less restrictive than those in other beach towns. Failure to follow these laws could result in a civil citations and additional charges.
