The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful white cabinets, glass tile backsplash, new appliances, and a wide kitchen counter for serving buffet style and extra seating, 12 cup coffee maker and k-cups as well. Plus, enjoy the high-volume ice maker/refrigerator -- perfect for making frozen cocktails! The living room has generous seating, a Flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. All 3 bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a new king bed; 2nd bedroom has a new queen bed; 3rd bedroom has 3 new twin beds, one of these is a Trundle bed! Located in center of Pleasure Island, close to shopping and restaurants, the complex has private beach access, an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub and grilling area.

• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Grilling allowed - grilling area with grills provided by complex. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
