The old style Pine wood interior could be cute but their cheap renovations make it seem old and dirty. this place needs a total makeover. Dirty blue carpet with no padding in bedrooms. The mattresses and pillows are left over from the 1940s. The kitchen is not stocked. we had to use a plastic cake cover for a salad bowl. Honestly, go to Costco and buy matching dishes mattresses and a new tv.
TV picture is fuzzy, not to mention small. It feels like they shopped at a thrift store for kitchen items. Bathrooms are gross. Who wants to use a dirty plastic bathtub with rusty drain? Very small old bathrooms need a major renovation. No beach chairs or equipment. These owners must laugh their way to the bank. It is absolutely not worth the money. We are on vacation for goodness sake! It’s no fun to spend the week suffering from inadequate equipment and a dirty unaesthetic house. The only positives were proximity to the fabulous beach and the screened in porch.

We love dogs at Topsail Realty Vacations! We do have properties that will allow pets. If you would like to bring your fur babies into a "no tenant" pets property, we would need permission from the owner. No pets are allowed in the "no pets" properties. Generally the pet fee is $150 per pet, per week.
