Top level features the master suite with double tiered balcony overlooking the ocean and canal, king bed, flat screen, sunken tub and dual bowl vanity. Second level houses two additional suites with private baths as well as the laundry facilities. Living & dining areas and gourmet kitchen make up the main level.1/2 bath on this level is an added convenience. Parking, side by side, for 2 vehicles, Make and Model of vehicles will need to be approved at time of booking.

No Pets allowed. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet.
