Living and sleeping quarters are decorated with a mix of coastal and tropical themes and invite you to wind down to the slower pace of Topsail while you take in the splendor of the coastal vista. Prepare a seaside feast and partake of it at the picnic table on the street side screened porch or enjoy the ocean breezes on the covered oceanfront porch. Even rainy days at the beach are enjoyable at this home with books, board games, puzzles, and a TV in the living room as well as each bedroom.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Living areas on 1 level.
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
5 cable (digital service) TVs including a 42" flat panel TV in living area with HD programming, VCR, 2 DVD players, books, board games, puzzles.
Wireless high speed internet access.
Wrap-around open and covered decks with built-in benches, rocking chairs, deck furniture with table, screened in porch on street side with picnic table.
Garage has limited tenant use; not available for vehicle parking, parking under house for 4 cars.
Enclosed outside shower with hot water.
Grilling allowed. Charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Up to 4 dogs allowed - $21.43 per night reserved plus tax pet rent per dog. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During November - March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April - October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.
This home may also be available for monthly winter rentals October to April. Inquire for details.
