• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Sandy beach area just off the bulk head at low tide!Public beach accesses with parking 900 feet north and east at Hines Ave and 1100 feet south an east at Scott Ave!
Grilling is not permitted at any time - strictly enforced.
No smoking allowed in house or outside at any time - strictly enforced.
No Tenant Pets Allowed at any time - strictly enforced.
Partial Week Getaways:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.
This home may be available for monthly rentals October - April. Inquire for details.
