Wireless high speed internet access allows you to keep up with friends and family not fortunate enough to be on vacation. The oceanside deck offers covered and open areas with gorgeous Atlantic Ocean views while an additional street side deck offers built-in seating and views of Topsail Sound!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Living areas on 1 level – minimal stairs/steps inside.
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
2 TVs with Roku access to streaming apps, 2 DVD players.
Wireless high speed internet access.
Covered and open deck areas on the oceanside with gazebo and furniture - walkway is gated for your little ones!
Streetside deck with seating and sound side views!
Recently renovated with windows, exterior siding expanded decks both on streetside and ocean side, new oceanfront gazebo, and new streetside patio!
Enclosed outside shower with hot water and dressing area.
Grilling allowed - gas grill (gas provided). Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
No Tenant Pets Allowed. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.
This home may also be available monthly rentals October - April. Inquire at right for details.
