Shared community walkway to the beach puts you right in the sand! Community pool with lounge chairs too!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Elevator from carport to main living level!
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer.
Modern kitchen with ample seating for meals together. Keurig coffee maker, chef's kitchen, beverage refrigerator.
8 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps - 2 TVs have access to cable TV app.

3 ocean view decks with chairs and tables and 3 sound side view decks with chairs.
Private hot tub on deck available Memorial Day to Labor Day at no additional charge. Hot tub is available after Labor Day to before Memorial Day at an additional charge of $150 - must be requested in advance of stay.
Enclosed outside shower with hot water.
Community pool for house occupants. Community pool typically available Memorial weekend through Labor Day.
Community walkway to the beach just down and across the street - less than 100 ft away!
Assorted beach toys and chairs provided.
Parking for a maximum of 7 cars - please ensure driveway is not blocked for North side.

Grilling allowed. Gas grill provided at property. Note: Charcoal grilling is NOT permitted in this community. Under no circumstances is ANY grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.

No Tenant Pets Allowed at any time - Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.
