The newly combined division will now allow Carolina Retreats to offer vacation rental marketing and management services for property owners and guests from Topsail Island, Carolina & Kure Beach, Oak Island, and now Wrightsville Beach.
Cadence Realty, founded and owned by Luke Waddell, has been providing vacation rental and real estate services for approximately 40 vacation rental property clients exclusively on Wrightsville Beach since 2016. According to Mr. Waddell, “I think that Mike and his Team at Carolina Retreats are the perfect people to take over Cadence Realty’s growing vacation rental management division and lead it into the future. As part of the business combination and launch of Carolina Retreats on Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Retreats will assume exclusive vacation rental management rights for two iconic properties on Wrightsville Beach; The Islander Condos located at 1704 N Lumina Ave, and The Waterway Lodge located at 7246 Wrightsville Ave at the foot of the Wrightsville Beach draw bridge, as well as unit 1B-F in the Wrightsville Dunes condo community.
